Deb Smith

Deb Smith, Chair

Deb retired at the end of 2024 as the Executive Director of the Maine Recreation and Park Association and the Maine Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance.  Deb has been on the Maine Senior Games Board of Directors for 15 years and currently volunteers as the Board Chair.  Deb organizes the Maine Senior Women’s Basketball group of women ages 45+ and competes with her team at state and national games.

Ginny Ketch

Ginny Ketch, Vice Chair

Ginny brings extensive leadership experience in non-profit and human resources management to the Maine Senior Games Board, serving as the Vice Chair. She currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Huntington Common. She also served as Director of Alumni Affairs at the University of New England, overseeing alumni relations, reunions, and homecoming events, as well as participating in fundraising and capital campaigns.

Ginny has served on the Maine Senior Games Board since 2009. She is passionate about promoting active, engaged living for older adults. She combines strategic insight with a strong commitment to community service and is proud to support Maine Senior Games programs that inspire wellness, connection, and lifelong participation.

Pam Dutremble

Pam Dutremble, Treasurer

Pam has worked in nonprofit accounting for over forty years and currently works at the Regional Transportation Program. She joined the Maine Senior Games Board of Directors in 2020 and serves as the Board Treasurer. In her spare time she enjoys traveling.

Jess LeBlanc

Jessica LeBlanc, Secretary

Jess has worked in the digital sphere for over 20 years and has over 15 years experience working with nonprofit organizations. She currently works for MaineHealth as part of their Web Strategy and Operations team.

Jess has served on the board of the Maine Senior Games for over 15 years and has served as the Board Secretary since 2020.

In her spare time, Jess enjoys drawing, dabbling in running and strength training, and video games.

Jenna Chase

Jenna Chase

Jenna Chase graduated from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine with an Exercise Science degree.  She is currently the Associate Director of Health and Wellness Programming for the college where she oversees the group fitness classes for students, staff/faculty and community members, implements health and wellness programs, and is an Adjunct Professor.

Jenna is excited to bring her passion for fitness and wellness to the Maine Senior Games.  In her spare time she enjoys visiting with her family in Florida.

Suzanne LaCroix

Suzanne LaCroix

Suzanne has served on the Board for Maine Senior Games since 2020. She is actively engaged as a volunteer on a number of other organizations: as Vice President for the Standish unit of Cumberland County Volunteers In Police Service (VIPS), and serves on the Retired Seniors Volunteer Program (RSVP) Advisory Council of Southern Maine. This latter program is within Southern Maine Agency on Aging. Suzanne is a former athlete that continues to enjoy swimming. She enjoys working with Seniors and enjoys watching the competitive spirit of our athletes, while serving her community through volunteer activities.

Cindy Scott

Cindy Scott

Cindy joined the board in 2020 following a 40 year career in long term care. Given her passion for working with older adults it was only fitting to continue that relationship with members of the Maine Senior Games organization. While not an athlete herself, she enjoys volunteering with the group and helping to make others desire for the games possible. She is continually inspired by the athletes who participate in the various events offered by Maine Senior Games.

Mariellen Sheridan

Mariellen Sheridan

Mariellen graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Mathematics and from the George Washington School of Business with a Master’s PMP.

She has been involved in the high tech sector for 35 years having experience as a software engineer, writer, and project manager. She is currently the Director of Operations, Finance, and IT for a small business in Maine.

While fond of all sports, her favorites include bowling, track and field and basketball.

Mariellen is married with two daughters, one son, and is the proud grandparent of a granddaughter. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, boating, swimming, reading, and watching sunsets.
