Meet the Team

Jo Dill
Maine Senior Games Volunteer Coordinator
My first knowledge of the Maine Senior Games was in 2003 when I first started playing basketball with the Maine Senior Women’s league. It wasn’t long after that I started participating in candlepin bowling, horseshoes as well as basketball. I was so excited to be competing again as a senior athlete 40 years after graduating high school as there were no sports, at that time, for women in college.
In the Fall of 2008, the position of Games Coordinator for the MSG opened. I accepted the position in January 2009 and continued through the end of 2022. An amazing journey, one I look back on with pride.
In 2026, I find myself drawn back into the Maine Senior Games as the Coordinator of the Ambassador Program as well as the Volunteer Coordinator. MSG is an amazing non-profit for folks 45-100+ who want to get out and compete or to volunteer. 2026 is going to be a great year. Come join us!!

Pam Erickson
Maine Senior Games Coordinator
I’m so excited to have joined the Team of the Maine Senior Games in the winter of 2026! As an active senior, I’m all about staying connected and aging well. I’ve got an experiential education background, and have worked in non-profits for 40 years. My goodness how time flies! I’m the Founder and former Executive Director of Coastal Studies for Girls, and more recently I’ve spent time in donor engagement at the Gulf of Maine Research Institute and as the Advancement Director of the Maine Island Trail Association. I’m a Registered Maine Guide and Sea Kayak Guide, certified in Yoga and Yoga Dance (ask me about that!) and certified as a Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation as well. My most favorite place to be is on/around the ocean (I have a Captain’s License and adore puttering in Casco Bay). When I’m on land, it’s either the beach or the pickleball court! I’ve been so inspired by the Maine Senior Games Community and look forward to helping grow our athletic events and wellness opportunities and help change the narrative of what it means to be a “Senior.
